This blog is still pretty new and I just barely understand how to make it operate . . . so for the sake of time (mine), for now at least, I’m going defer to the About page on the website carcareconsultants.com. It pretty much explains where I’m at. From a professional standpoint I’m all about how to structure service operations in a way that will promote customer retention. This is an area where small independent shops have a huge advantage over most new car dealerships. Enough said for now . . . I’ll add to this when the rest of the site is further along.
